Tuition Pathway Plan: Flexible Enrollment Option
The Tuition Pathway Plan (TPP) is designed to help students invest toward a Diploma Program and/or Certificate Course through affordable weekly or monthly payments that align with their budget, educational goals, and anticipated training schedule. This flexible payment option allows students to plan ahead, build tuition credit over time, and lock in the tuition rate in effect at the time they enter the plan.
Students enrolled in the Tuition Pathway Plan may receive access to selected introductory materials, orientation resources, recommended reading lists, and other preparatory information before beginning their scheduled coursework. Participants may also receive priority enrollment opportunities for upcoming programs when applicable.
Students may select from various weekly and monthly payment options based on their educational goals and desired timeline. Students planning to complete a full Diploma Program, such as the Holistic and Energetic Health Practitioner (HEHP) Diploma Program or Advanced Polarity Therapy Training (APTT) Diploma Program, are encouraged to choose a payment amount that allows tuition payments to progress appropriately with their anticipated course schedule. Students pursuing an individual Certificate Course may select a payment option that best fits the cost and timing of that course.
Payment options offered through the Tuition Pathway Plan may differ from the standard payment plans shown in the individual Program or Course tuition charts. Payments are processed automatically according to the schedule selected by the student. When the remaining tuition balance becomes less than the student's regular scheduled payment amount, the remaining balance may be invoiced as a final payment.
Students participating in the Tuition Pathway Plan are required to remain current with all scheduled tuition payments throughout their enrollment. Students enrolled in an individual classroom Certificate Course must remain current with their payments in order to attend scheduled classes. Students enrolled in an online course must remain current with their payments in order to maintain continued access to the course. If an account becomes past due, classroom attendance and/or online course access may be suspended until the account is brought current.
For students enrolled in a Diploma Program, tuition payments are applied toward the total cost of the Diploma Program. Students must remain current with their scheduled payments and must have paid an amount equal to or greater than the established tuition cost of an individual course before the Certificate of Completion for that course may be issued.
For all Certificate Courses and Diploma Programs, tuition and all required financial obligations must be paid in full no later than the final day of the applicable course or program before the student's Certificate or Diploma may be issued. Participation in the Tuition Pathway Plan does not alter the student's responsibility to satisfy all financial obligations associated with enrollment.
The Tuition Pathway Plan was created to provide a supportive and accessible pathway for students who wish to prepare financially while progressing toward professional education, certification, and personal growth.
